We offer Personal Resilience Training courses for groups of up to 8 individuals. These courses are tailored to specific community groups including military veterans, military spouses or partners, and serving personnel.
- Who: 8 participants plus facilitator.
- What: Resilience Training/Coaching in 6x one-hour sessions.
- Where: Online via zoom or face to face in a Covid-19 safe environment.

- Why: To increase personal strength, confidence, and wellness by helping the individual to understand themselves better, identify coping mechanisms, and set unique goals.
Session 1: Where am I now?
This session explores the individual’s current self-care strategies from diet and exercise to relaxation.
Session 2: Meaning and values
This session explores what motivates the individual and what values they respect and align to.
Session 3: Making the most of time
This session explores how the individual spends their time and what they spend that time on.
Session 4: Strength and development
This session explores individual strengths and areas of resilience and wellbeing they wish to work on.
Session 5: Overcoming potential barriers
This session explores practical ways of tackling potential roadblocks to progress and development.
Session 6: Where do we go from here?
This session identifies a personal development plan, signposts to support, and gathers feedback.
The individual fee is £70 per person per person including a certificate and a completion gift.
This is half price for members of the Armed Forces Community including veterans and spouses.
